You will never ask "did it arrive?" again

After every campaign, a branded report in one click: how many messages were actually delivered, why the undelivered didn't arrive — with Meta's real reasons explained in plain language — how many customers replied, and what we recommend for the next campaign.

Campaign report anatomy
1True delivery numbers
2Reasons in plain words
3Practical recommendations
1Numbers that don't flatterHow many accepted, how many actually delivered, how many replied — in percentages and a color distribution bar readable at a glance.
2Why the undelivered didn't arriveEvery undelivered message classified with its real Meta reason, translated into the business owner's language, not programmers' jargon.
3What to do next campaignNumbered recommendations built on your own campaign's outcome: whom to follow up, what to remove, and when to send again.

Designed to be sent under your name

If you're an agency or marketer running campaigns for clients, this report is your professional deliverable: a tidy document that explains the outcome and pre-empts the questions — send it as-is the moment the campaign completes.

  • Language that explains to a business owner — no technical terms needing translation.
  • Pre-empts "why didn't some messages arrive?" with an honest, convincing answer.
  • And ends with recommendations that open the door to the next campaign — and a longer contract.

And every morning: your day is waiting in your inbox

Before your first coffee you know what your business did yesterday: how many messages, conversations, new leads and orders — today's numbers against the day before, in one tidy email.

  • Sent automatically every morning — and skipped on empty days so it stays meaningful.
  • New leads by name and number — ready to follow up immediately.
  • And if there was a campaign yesterday, its result is right in the summary.

And for full audit: every row in Excel

Numbers people love complete numbers. One click downloads an Excel file with every recipient in your campaign: name, number, status, the non-delivery reason in Meta's exact words, and the send time to the minute.

  • The whole list however large — no sample, no first page only.
  • In Arabic if your dashboard is Arabic, in English if it's English.
  • Ready to sort, filter and share with your accountant or team.

A fixed principle

"Sent" does not mean "delivered" — and we say it plainly

Many platforms stop at "sent". We separate acceptance, delivery and failure, and we call every reason by its name:

Accepted by Meta The message met the requirements and entered the delivery path. This is the start of the journey, not the end — and we never count it as arrival.
Actually delivered It reached the customer's phone and shows WhatsApp's ticks. This is the number worth building your decisions on.
Meta's frequency limits WhatsApp protects its users from too many marketing messages — from all companies combined. These numbers usually receive the next campaign, and spacing campaigns apart reduces the effect.
Unavailable numbers Not registered on WhatsApp or mistyped in the list. The report counts them so you clean your list — and your next campaigns' rates rise.
FAQ

About reports

When does the campaign report become available?
The moment a campaign completes, the report button appears next to it in the history — we recommend issuing it a few hours after completion to catch late delivery updates, and you can re-issue it anytime with the freshest numbers.
Does the report carry my own logo?
The report currently carries Excelia's identity with your business name and sending number at the top. White-labeling it with your agency's logo is on our near-term roadmap — tell us if it matters to you and you'll get it first.
What exactly is in the Excel file?
A row per recipient: the name as in your list, the number, the status (sent / failed / pending), the non-delivery reason in Meta's exact words where present, and the send time in Cairo time.
