Account & connection
Does the WhatsApp app on my phone stop working?
No — we run in coexistence mode: the app stays on your phone as-is, your replies from it appear inside the platform for your team, and the system understands you have taken over that chat.
What do I need to start?
A Facebook business account and a phone number to receive your customers' messages — the rest we set up with you during the free trial, usually within one working day.
Do I use my current number or a new one?
Either works: your current number in coexistence mode so your app keeps working, or a new dedicated number — we help you pick what fits your case.
Are my numbers at risk of getting banned?
We work exclusively through Meta's official APIs with Meta-approved templates — no workarounds. And paced sending protects your number's quality rating and raises your limits over time.
Do my old conversations move into the platform?
Conversations are recorded from the moment you connect onward — platforms cannot access history before the connection, so the earlier you connect, the sooner your record is complete.
Campaigns & templates
What is the correct number format in the Excel file?
The number with its country code: an Egyptian number is 20 then ten digits. The platform accepts the common forms (+20, 0020) and normalizes them, removes duplicates and invalid rows before sending, and tells you what was excluded.
How long does template approval take at Meta?
Usually minutes, rarely stretching to hours. The platform automatically attaches everything Meta requires (most importantly variable examples) — which is why our customers' templates usually pass on the first try.
What is the difference between "sent" and "delivered"?
"Sent" means Meta accepted the message and it entered the delivery path; "delivered" means it actually reached the customer's phone. We show you both honestly, with the reason for any failure — because good decisions are built on true numbers.
Can I pause a campaign midway?
Yes — a pause button freezes it in place, and you resume later from exactly where it stopped without losing your position in the list.
How many messages can I send per day?
Each number has a daily limit set by Meta, usually starting in the hundreds and rising automatically with healthy usage up to tens of thousands — the platform shows your current limit and guides you to raise it.
Pricing & subscription
How much do messages cost?
Meta's conversation fees are paid to Meta directly from your account with no margin from us, and the platform subscription depends on your plan — full transparency on the pricing page, no hidden numbers.
Does the free trial need a payment card?
No — 14 full days without a card, with full setup alongside you. You pay only when you decide to continue.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — and we never hold your data hostage: export your conversations, lists and leads to Excel at any time. Your data is yours.
How many seats for my team?
It depends on your plan — and every member has a role and permissions: who replies, who runs campaigns, and who only views reports.
Technical & security
Where is my data stored and who sees it?
In your account alone, fully isolated from every other account, visible only to your authorized team. Connection keys are encrypted with AES-256.
Are auto-replies mandatory?
No — the platform works fully without them: campaigns, the inbox and reports. If you enable them, they stay under your control: pause on any chat with one click, or switch off account-wide.
Can I work from my phone?
Yes — the dashboard runs in your phone's browser with a responsive layout, and instant notifications reach your phone for every new order and lead.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You export it in full before leaving, then it is deleted per the privacy policy — we keep nothing we no longer have a right to.
Do you support Click-to-WhatsApp (CTWA) ads?
Natively. Conversations arriving from a CTWA ad carry the identity of the ad that brought them, the assistant answers them in seconds, and with the Conversions API the real outcome goes back to Meta — so the ad learns from buyers, not clicks. The full story is on the Meta pixel & conversions page.
